How does it work?
The JH assessment is a validated tool specifically applied to healthcare organizations.
It accurately measures a person’s capacity for executing sound judgment by quantifying over 40 different parameters that are calibrated against all who have taken it.
A person is asked to complete a simple evaluative rank ordering process, usually taking less than 15 minutes to finish.
It is not based upon personality, emotional intelligence, or intelligence quotient, or any of the “soft social sciences” such as psychology.
The underlying science is called axiology, a branch of philosophy that
bridges ethics and aesthetics with mathematical rigor.
